Aneisa has over 15 years’ experience mediating and resolving conflict with individuals and organizations. After a thorough assessment, a customized conflict management plan is developed to effectively resolve conflict in organizations and individuals.

Aneisa has a master’s degree in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peace Building with an emphasis in Mediation, and has also been trained by the LA County Bar Association and the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) in Mediation.
